Strategic Rest Days: Most people train through their growth phases. Take 4-5 complete rest days every three months. Your body utilises recovery to build muscle.

Temperature Optimisation: Keep your bedroom at 58-60°F (14-15°C). 70% of testosterone is produced during deep sleep, specifically in cold environments.

Moderate Protein Protocol: Higher amounts force you to cut carbs and fats, which actually hurts recovery and hormone production.

Reverse Pyramid Training: Always do your heaviest set first when you're strongest. This builds muscle density whilst allowing shorter, more effective workouts.
