How To Reverse Balding In Your 20S & 30s
From a professional hair surgeon.
More than 80% of men will have experienced significant hair loss by the age of 50.
And for a large number of them, it will have already started by the time you’re in your 20s.
Meanwhile, there are viable options and solutions out there - but only if you know where to look.
This week, Dr. Raghu Reddy joins the show to talk us through what hair loss means in 2025 and beyond. He’s a world-renowned hair restoration surgeon who's performed over 10,000 procedures in 18 years.
A-list celebrities, athletes, and everyday men who want their confidence back without anyone knowing they had work done - Dr. Reddy has treated them all.
And in this episode, he reveals the real science behind hair loss, the treatments that actually work, and why most men are approaching this problem completely wrong.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT HAIR LOSS
Early intervention changes everything
Dr. Reddy speaks about the importance of catching the symptoms early on.
There’s a major difference between your hairline maturing as you age, versus the first signs of trouble.
Catching thinning at the "ones and twos" stage rather than waiting until it's turned to skin can mean the difference between preservation and restoration.

Finasteride fears are overblown
In 20,000+ prescriptions, only 6-7 patients reported lasting side effects, and most issues resolve within 1-2 months of starting.
And even when one thing doesn’t work, there is a vast amount of options, application methods and dosages out there.
This is why it’s always worthwhile to talk to your physician or local PE, even if you live somewhere you can buy medication straight over the counter.
The key message is: seek help early. If you catch it at the right stage with the right treatments. DHT blockers, proper nutrition, good sleep - we've seen significant reversal of thinning.
Transplant timing matters more than age
When and if you do decide to go in for a hair transplant, it’s incredibly important to have realistic expectations.
The amount of donor hair available is limited, and taking 6,000 grafts for immediate density leaves nothing for later procedures; strategic placement with fewer grafts often looks better long-term.
There are also a lot of factors to consider outside of the actual transplant:
Diet
Sleep
Stress
Supplements
Continued usage of medication
All of these play into how successful a transplant might be.

There’s still a stigma around the topic of hair loss. Most men suffer in silence, too embarrassed to seek help. They either shave it all off or waste thousands on miracle cures that don't work.
Don't let embarrassment cost you another year of confidence, and don’t let your genetics make the decision for you.
Act while you still have the option.
